You have 7 days from delivery date to return a product for exchange if you're unhappy with it in any way (return postage to be paid by the customer - or by us if item is faulty). How large will your images print?
Gary uses professional DSLR equipment. Prints from these high-end cameras show great quality even at wall size. If you'd like a very large print of a particular image, please Contact Us by email with the image number and we'll gladly advise if we feel this is a suitable image for this scale of enlargement.
Can you supply prints next day?
Our service normally takes 3-5 days however if urgent please email or call and we will see what we can do.
Photo prints up to 100 years if kept out of direct sunlight under glass, Canvas prints up to 70 years if kept out of direct sunlight. Heat sources like radiators will reduce the longevity of all prints, so ideally keep your print away from them
Do your prints or images come with the copyright/watermark on them?
No, all images or prints are supplied without a copyright notice on them, this is just added to the web images to protect them from being stolen
I want to licence an image for use, do you have terms and conditions for that?

DELIVERY TIMES
This varies by product, but usually completed within 7 days, often quicker. Please inform us as quickly as possible if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a claim against the carrier, and ensure that your order is satisfactorily completed
CARD SECURITY
When placing your order you will be taken to our secure payment gateway to enter your credit/debit card details which are encrypted within the PayPal system. We do not have access to this information.
PRIVACY
Gary Williamson Photography does not disclose buyers information to third parties except third party printers that may be used to complete your order and will send direct to the customer. In this case, the supplier will not disclose any of your details.

For international customers outside the UK mainland - customs charges may be levied when the parcel reaches your country and must be borne by you. Please beware that some packages may be opened and inspected by customs officials on entering your country. This is beyond our control, but should any damage occur please let us know and we will gladly replace your item when returned back to us
